When to use account recovery

If you forgot your password, lost your authenticator device, or suspect unauthorized access, start the recovery flow immediately. iTrustCapital’s process balances security with user convenience to protect retirement and crypto assets.

Reset password — standard flow

  1. On the login screen click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your registered email and follow the reset link sent by email.
  3. Create a new, unique password (use a password manager).
  4. Log in and re-enable 2FA if necessary.

Lost 2FA device

If you use an authenticator app and the device is lost, you’ll need to start account recovery: follow the “lost device” prompts or contact support. Be prepared to verify ownership with identity documents and account details.
